Using APPTOSEE is simple and intuitive, specifically designed for independent opticians. The app gives you everything you need to manage, select, and share your social media content in one place, directly from your smartphone.

How it works:

• If necessary, first log in with your personal password (only authorised for the designated user of the optician practice!).
• Make sure to link your Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok accounts. Otherwise, the app cannot immediately post the selected content to your social media account.

– On your smartphone screen, you will see the main page, also called the ‘WALL’:

1. In the top menu, there are 8 icons, with the left icon being the ‘HOME PAGE’, plus the 7
FOLDERS with different content groups for:
Campaigns (optional), Monthly Themes, FRAMES (brands via our own MEYE photoshoot or through suppliers), HOYA Optical Lenses, Contact Lenses, Hearing (optional), and Annual Themes.
Tap each FOLDER at the top to view ready-made Reels and Posts. You can also make sub-selections within the FOLDER using the 3 arrows at the top. Once specific selections are made, only the chosen content will appear on the WALL.
After viewing and optionally sharing the content, return to the same folder to remove selections (Clear All) or delete and adjust shares. Then click X to return to the main page.

2. On the main page or ‘WALL’, you can easily scroll down to view the latest content. Choose at the top whether you want to view a REEL or POST. Not all content offers both options!
Once you have selected content (post or reel), you can either share it directly or add it to Favourites. When added to Favourites, the heart turns pink!
For direct sharing, click the green arrow, choose the social media account (IG, FB, or TT today). After sharing, the arrow turns red.
If you selected Favourites instead of sharing immediately, go to Favourites (heart at the bottom) to continue selecting and sharing from there.
Note: When sharing to your Instagram account, you must wait 60–90 seconds after Instagram’s approval.

3. At the bottom, you will find 4 icons:
Left icon: Go to the main page
Icon Hart: Your favourite posts or reels saved for possible sharing
Icon FAQ section for help with using APPTOSEE and tips/advice for managing your social media accounts

Icon Bottom-right: Info about your profile (MEYE PROFILE):
-Details of the designated user
-Your assigned list of brands
-Notification management
-Linking Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok accounts
-Language selection (if offered)
-Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy (link to MEYE website)
-Log out

Once your social media accounts are linked, you can post directly to Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. Each post comes with a ready-made caption* including hashtag suggestions**), making sharing professional content easier than ever.
